Austin and his crew are amazing. Highly highly recommend. 10 out of 10. A honest hard working team !

Austin and his crew built an amazing 20x50x16 pole barn for my RV. at the time I contacted him I was trying to decide between a wooden pole barn and a metal structure. Austin was very truthful and honest in discussing the pros and cons of each. once I decided on the wooden pole barn he made several recommendations that improved the structure. In this day and age of poor customer service and people doing the bare minimum to get by Austin and his crew are a breath of fresh air with his attention to detail and workmanship. You will not be disappointed.

Oh where do I even start. All I can say is if you need something built Austin is the man for the job. After me telling him exactly what I had visualize that I wanted to build which was a 30x40 in closed building with a 20 foot shelter out front he told me he could do it. He told me his opinion on what I needed and really didn’t need for this type build and how he was going to do it to make it a lot more sturdier, and to last longer on down the road years from now. Austin and his guys did a phenomenal job on my shop!!! Instead of a five star rating and review I’d go the extra mile and give NC Property Works LLC a TEN STAR rating and review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Austin for all you did. It was a pleasure to have had you and your guys build exactly what I had pictured.

I recently hired Austin to tear out our old deck and build a brand-new one, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The new deck is not only sturdier and beautifully built—it’s a huge upgrade from what we had before. One thing I especially appreciated was how he identified several problems we didn’t even know existed and came up with smart, effective solutions. He didn’t just cover things up—he fixed everything the right way and built our new deck to last and enjoy for years to come. His communication was excellent throughout the whole project. He kept me updated at every step, responded quickly to messages, and made the whole process stress-free. His professionalism and character really showed—he’s honest, reliable, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, communicates well, and truly cares about doing QUALITY work, I highly recommend him.
